· Production supervision and line optimization programs including, analysis of downtime and implementation of correctives actions (Maintenance procedures, training.)

· Responsible for the operational efficiency, quality and maintenance of a nonwoven department.

· Applying specialized skills to quality inspections, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and adjusting of Nonwoven carding process.

· Provides mechanical expertise and leads others during preventative maintenance and machine/equipment troubleshooting and repairs.

· Responsible for the Carding productivity and quality of all spunlace products manufactured.

· Responsible for the documentation of all production and quality data such as process checklist of Blow room, Carding, Aqua jet, Dryer and Acelli winder machines.

· Organize and clean work area daily to ensure work area is efficient and safe.

· Training to new employees.

· Assisting to Maintenance staff in the repair and troubleshooting of equipment.

· Observing all safety rules and regulations and advice supervision of any safety issues that need attention.

· Monitoring all carding equipment and ensure proper operation.

· Ensuring adherence to all safety rules and uses proper safety equipment/ PPE at all times.

· Performs and documents preventive maintenance on processing equipment.

· Responsible for troubleshooting analyzing and resolving mechanical and operational problems.

· Performs and co-ordinates product changes to meet production requirements.

· Sharing knowledge and techniques with team members and assists with training.

· Responsible for making sure all documentation is filled out correctly.

· Performs quality assurance inspections and maintains quality standards for the product being produced.

· Examines defects and downgrade causes and whenever possible takes appropriate corrective actions, Analyze and record production delays on downtime report.

· Operational knowledge of nonwoven carding process and equipment.

· Strong mechanical knowledge of nonwoven carding machinery, equipment and components.

· Knowledge of product specifications, quality specifications, goals, efficiency and production.

· Manage raw material procurements as per production schedule.

· Process controlling & development.

· Ensuring safety & proper housekeeping on work place.

· Target production achieving and maintain production quality.

· Knowledge of process trouble shooting as per defect in spunlace nonwoven fabric.

· Knowledge of spunlace fabric structures like plain, Apperture, Embossed.

· Developed product Comfina which is engineered for feminine care and diaper application

· Developed wipe products like Welicate, 3D swipe and Fibro split.

· Developed super soft and delicate baby care wipes Welicate.

· Developed 3D swipe spunlace for dynamic cleaning.
