Responsibilities:

1. Inspection Documents:

Oversee the preparation and review of inspection documents for various project phases.

2. Welding Documentation: Manage all documentation related to welding processes, adhering to industry standards.

3. Fabrication Drawing Interpretation:Proficiently read and interpret fabrication drawings on-site to ensure accurate execution.

4. Welder Qualification Test:Conduct and administer welder qualification tests to ensure competency.Maintain records of qualified welders and their certifications.

5. Incoming Material Inspection:Oversee the inspection of incoming materials to verify compliance with specifications.

6. Quality Assurance Plan:Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance plan for the project.Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to quality processes.

7. Welding Visual Inspection:Perform visual inspections of welding activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

8.On-Site Visual Inspection:Conduct on-site visual inspections to monitor the overall quality of construction.

9.Non Destructive testing:(MPT,DPT,UT)

10.Destructive testing:(Bend test, Impact test, Macro each test, Fracture test, tensile test,Ring test)

Welding-related documentation oversight.

2.Welder qualification test coordination.

3.Quality assurance plan implementation.

4.Welding visual and on-site inspections.

5.NDT testing inspection.

6.Interpretation of Isometric and P&ID drawings.

7.Fitup inspection(Alignment,root,gap, Root face,Bevel angle).

8.Pressure part inspection (header, economiser, LTSH Tube, reheater Tube, water wall Tube).

9.Dimensions, hardness, and oxide measurement assessments.

Welding Processes: SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)
