I am responsible for overseeing two critical projects that play a pivotal role in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. These projects are Asseti, a Fleet Management Software designed for Safexpress vendors to manage their fleet and expenses, and Propel i, a recently launched ERP system for first-mile pickups.

Propel I Project Responsibilities:
In the Propel project, I serve as the system administrator responsible for onboarding new users and configuring access rights and permissions. Additionally, I travel extensively across 32 cities in India to conduct training sessions and workshops for vendors, educating them on the features and functionalities of the new ERP system. This ensures a smooth transition and adoption of Propel within the organization.

Asseti Project Responsibilities:
In the Asseti project, my role encompasses managing the end-to-end implementation of the Fleet Management Software. This includes collaborating with Safexpress vendors to understand their requirements, configuring the software to align with their specific needs, and ensuring smooth integration with their existing systems. I also provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to users, ensuring a seamless experience with the software.

Overall, my role requires me to balance project management responsibilities, technical expertise, and user training to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of these projects. I actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and end-users, to drive project success and achieve the desired outcomes.

I played a crucial role in streamlining company operations and enhancing 3PL services. I closely collaborated with the operations team and IT department to automate various processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Implemented barcode scanning during vehicle loading and unloading to streamline the process and improve accuracy.
• Conducted on-site visits to all branches, providing training to users on barcode scanning and other automated systems.
• Developed and implemented a comprehensive process for Hero Cycles' 3PL services for Amazon, optimizing efficiency and reducing errors.
