- Created Business Assessments using aura component which generated KPI's through a trigger to give out a Detailed summary of the areas where a store could improve on.
- Created a custom button on the Business Assessments which generated a PDF whenever the assessments were marked as complete.
- Developed a Salesforce RESTful Web Service to provide an endpoint that retrieves the Quote Owner’s Manager Name and Email based on the Quote Number, enabling seamless integration with external applications.
- Worked on a custom lightning modal which is displayed whenever an opportunity is marked as closed lost to capture additional reason for the loss of opportunity.

- Created a screen flow to change the entie BIQ configuration flow from repeated user entries to dynamic user inputs and related subcode related record creation.

- Created Service agents as a POC which was used for multiple taks like authenticating a user access, creating a record in another org, use of knowledge article to store knowledge base to be used by the agent to answer questions an to create meeting events.
- Worked on OAuth 2.0 JWT flow which was used to get the Account list views from Client org using an LWC component, it used a Self Signed certificate and a connected app setup to get access to the client org.

- Fixed bugs and glitches along with the full enhancement of a custom validation inside a lightning component.
