• Led a team for deferent utilities structures and main structures like ASU (Air separation unit), CCR (Continuous casting and rolling system), Precious metal recovery units like Hydro & Pyro ( Top Blown Rotary Convertor & Selenium) building, Compressor house, Utility substation, cooling tower and pipe rack foundation.
• Monitored subcontractor operations and implemented effective time, resource, and budget management strategies to deliver projects under budget.

• Led infrastructure setup including fab shop, area development for pipe and structural open yard, Substations/load centers, metering room, precast yard for pipe rack, batching plant setup, temporary roads and drains for pocket 4 area (300 Acres).

Apr' 20 - Sep'22 - Integrated water supply and sewerage network works, Sardarshahar.

• Oversaw Sewerage and water supply network including CWR, Pump House, CRMC, and CCC building as section in charge.
• Coordinated with site personnel, clients, and local government officials to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Verified completed projects met approved time, quality, and cost estimates.
• Conducted site surveys to determine material needs and accurately managed inventories and budgets.
• Prepared monthly and quarterly plans and coordinated for material and manpower mobilization within required time frames.

• Responsible & Performed Construction and supervision of ROGC plant, HIIR project including major civil construction works i.e. Effluent treatment plant, Compressor foundations, vessel foundations, Fire heater foundations, pump Foundations, K.O.D foundations, Tankage area with dyke walls, Pipe rack (cast in situ & Precast), Bromine building, halogenation and neutralization building, Waste rack foundations, pipe racks, Cooling towers, Substations, Main control buildings, Electrical control buildings, Blast proof building i.e. Control centers, Plant interface buildings, Paving etc.
• Construction and supervision Of Township Expansion project i.e. 3 bachelor’s hostel buildings (G+6) of capacity of 1100 rooms, Food & beverage building, Gym, Restaurant including 3 no’s kitchen, café and Sport complex.
• Finalization of quantities and specifications for different systems as WATERPROOFING, RAISED ACCESS FLOORING, REBAR, INTERIOR, EXTERNAL FAÇADE, all civil works etc. and coordinating with other departments to meet its requirement for J3 project.
• Involved in design feasibility and requirements for most prestigious CONTROL CENTRES (CRACKER, GASIFICATION & POLYMER) buildings. Coordinating site execution team with design team for any discrepancies in drawing, design, construction sequential issues.
• Preparation of site progress reports and scheduling man and material requirement and get it fulfilled with all required norms and specifications.
• Making Amendments, BOQ, Look ahead, material requirement, Specifications, Procedures, sub contractor billing, Vendor management, Material follow-ups etc.
• Production Operation & maintenance Auto Rebar shop (capacity 150 MT/ Day) including bar bending schedule for civil structures and make the plan to consume at site on time and Allow to Automated rebar shop in efficient manner.

Project Undertaken: 130MW Solar PV Power Project, Neemuch, 17 mw solar pv power project, Chitradurga, Karnataka

Key Result Areas:

• Efficiently completed Civil package including foundations, inverter rooms, Main-control building, switchyard, boundary walls package worth approx. 150 crores.
• Heading & supervising a team of 10 Supervisors

• Extensively worked and completion of T.G Building - 3 no's, Transformer Yards 2 no's, Air Washer Building- 02 no's, Unit Switchgear building and paving with respect from initial stage to handover to client.
• Performed 1250 cum single pour for TG deck
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications

Key challenges faced and overcome:

• Timely completion of T.G Building with finishing work/ after completion of all punch points and handover to clients
• Completion of Transformer yard in Rainy season and hand over to clients.
