SmartPlant P&ID :

• Preparation of P&ID with smart data that could be transferred to other software.
• Administrator and User of Smart Plant P&ID tools.
• Executed various Oil and Gas Industry projects like Ethylene Cracker, Ammonia and Polymers.
• Effective use of Smart Plant P&ID tools like Data Engineering Manager, Attribute Data Manager, Handover System and Pressure Circuit.
• Admin tools like Catalog Manager, Data Dictionary, Option and Rule Manager used in every project in initial stage during Basic Engineering.
• Implementation of P&ID markups in software and extracting data in form of excel or any other formats.

CAS - Cosmos :

• Preparation of P&ID on a common platform where other departments can also work in parallel.

COMOS PEW (Process & Equipment Workbench) :

• Preparation of PFD with stream and equipment data, stream balance point data transfer, PICASSO configuration, PFD and equipment list (PLA, ALE), process data sheet, and material diagram (MSD), Mech. Data sheet (BDE/MDE), process stream comp. Datasheet, process data sheet (PDP/PDE).

SDB and VDB (Stream Database) :

• Manage stream database.

PED :

• Creating a line list and transferring data to the Piping Department, as well as preparing a special parts list.

Bluebeam :

• Manage sessions for project P&ID as needed, manage inputs from every department, and maintain track of modifications.

AVEVA P&ID :

• Preparation of P&ID, and basic drafting.

• Proactively developed and improved manufacturing and production processes to promote quality and reduce waste and costs.
• Performed regular inspections and testing of products and manufacturing, documented results and devised new methods to ensure robust production processes.
• Project commissioning of MEE / ASP plant as per P&ID.
• Handling a special type of bacteria (ETL- 60) for ASP.
