Offer & Joining Formalities:

  • Preparing and issuing offer letters to selected candidates within required timeframe
  • Handling end-to-end joining formalities including collection & verification of documents & certificates of new joiners

Background Verification (BGV) Process:

  • Generating monthly payroll report for employees hired through manpower agency

Exit Process:

  • Process resignation acceptance after approval from respective divisions and last working day notification to all the stakeholders
  • Handling employee termination process and HRMS system update as per approval
  • Coordinating full and final settlements with manpower agency including initiation and issuance of relieving letters

Other Activities:

  • Effectively administer the HRMS system (SAP HCM)
