  • Onboarding: (AMI Region): Pre-joining (welcome call, IPN creation, ID card creation), joining (introduction to organization, offer letter distribution, document collection, and verification), and post-joining formalities (information to departments, HR SPOCs, hiring inputs).
  • Travel and Relocation: (AMI Region): Coordination with new joiners and the Travel Helpdesk for initial travel, accommodation, and relocation reimbursements.
  • Time and Attendance: Attendance management and leave management for on-roll employees in the tool, configuration changes as per policy changes, year-end truncation activities, and off-roll employees’ attendance and leave details compilation in a manual database.
  • Employee Confirmation Process: Initiation of pre-confirmation and confirmation mailers to employees and managers. Reminders, follow-ups, and release of confirmation letters.
  • Reporting: Publishing HC, attrition, attrition analysis, T&A, payroll, audit reports, etc.
  • HR Letters: Preparation and release of HR letters.
  • Invoice Processing: Obtaining quotes for services from vendors, requesting PO creation, PR (Payment Request) creation, invoice validation, and PO renewals.
  • Team utilization, governance deck, and HR dashboard: Calculating team utilization, preparing the governance deck for stakeholder meetings, and preparing the HR dashboard with team metrics for management.
