Banking domain comprises all components needed to run financial service end-to-end. Banking applications need to have secure system for Entitlements and Access, IAM( Identity access management) is managing all access/users.

• Responsibilities:

Managing team consists of 15 members. Coached team members in techniques necessary to complete job tasks. Worked different stations to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals. Evaluated employee skills and knowledge regularly, training, and mentoring individuals with lagging skills. Managed schedules, accepted time off requests and found coverage for short shifts. Developed code as per requirement and had deployment post having extensive testing. Yearly had 30 deployments in production. Assessed upcoming projects and provided assessment in terms of effort & resourcing required.

• Quality Assurance - Senior Software Engineer

Telecom Testing is defined as the testing of Telecommunication software/system. Telecom sector depends on the various types of software components to deliver many services. Quality Engineers ensure the quality of systems and services.

• Responsibilities:

Attended brainstorming sessions/Grooming sessions with product owner, Scrum team and Business for upcoming requirements and providing key inputs to achieve the same. Worked as SME for 8 applications. Worked on Weekly Agile/Waterfall report with defect analysis. Created successful test scripts to manage automated feature testing, Contributed as Quality Engineer Prime Resource, worked as a Test Architect for multiple applications and worked with project managers, developers, quality assurance and customers to resolve technical issues. Led software development initiative as subject matter expert and primary point- of contact. Trained and mentored junior and peer engineers, teaching skills in Testing and worked to improve overall team performance. Provided technical support using knowledge of complex technology to solve problems and support new projects.
