Currently handling the Emerging local corporate client’s portfolio.
• Preparing fund base, non-fund base limit facility underwriting documents i.e. Cash Credit, Term Loan, Over-draft, LC, BG etc.
• Reviewing mortgage and related documentation to complete the BAU activities and manage exceptions
• Resolve audit quarries with the help of business team, if observation raised by audit team.
• Create charge’s over movable and immovable assets through Cersai, ROC & satisfaction of charges as well as.
• Various MIS report submitted on monthly basis and quarterly basis through large excel base data i.e Security Validation and RBS report etc.
• Release NOC /Pari-passu letter to other Banks.
• Ensure compliance of all terms of sanction before making disbursement of credit facility.
• To ensure that limits are utilized within the sanctioned limit and no overdrawing are allowed without proper approvals.
• Tracking deferral as per approval matrix, Monitoring terms case vise and circulate and follow up with the business on the missing documents or required information as per Credit regulations.
