- Handle pharmaceutical Track & Trace serialization and carton overprinting systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate coding, and complete product traceability.
- Prepare monthly material planning and indenting based on production schedules, using Google Sheets and ERP systems.
- Track material consumption, stock movement, and shortages through structured trackers to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Prepare shortage reports and follow up with Purchase and PPIC for timely procurement.
- Monitor warehouse environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, differential pressure) and ensure calibration, cleaning, and proper functioning of weighing balances and equipment.
- Implement FIFO and FEFO inventory practices and conduct cycle counts and physical stock verifications to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage manpower allocation, training, safety practices, and housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Train warehouse staff on SOPs, GMP practices, safety norms, and operational systems.
- Troubleshoot and manage warehouse-related systems including ERP, QAMS, and DMS, and maintain complete documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Supported internal and external regulatory audits (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, EPSA, and internal audits) by ensuring documentation, traceability, and compliance readiness.
