JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Involved in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Flawless Initial start up, normal startup &

shutdown and troubleshooting for the Well head in field line transfer, Gas Treating units, Inlet

Facilities, TEG Regeneration, Fuel Gas Network, Amine Absorption and Regeneration Units,

Condensate Stabilization Sulfur Recovery Units, and Sour water stripping units..

 Reviewing the process engineering documents for implementing modification projects/plant

changes.

 Detailed Pre-commissioning activity list and Overall check list, work flow chart, block diagram,

client Coordination, and coordination between engineering disciplines.

 Ensure normal operation of plant and equipment’s.

 Plant Start-up and Shut down activities

 Routine check-up of all process equipment’s, machineries, fire and safety equipment’s.

 Monitoring process parameters and to take corrective measures in case of abnormalities.

 Ensure dosing of chemicals in time.

 Commissioning & Pre Commissioning activities like:

 Inspection of Piping & Instrument System as per P&ID, Water flushing of Pipe Lines, Chemical Cleaning, Air

Flushing and drying, LP Leak testing, Cardboard Blasting, Purging, HP Leak testing etc.

 Mechanical clearance walk down for process and utility system.

 Inspection of equipment and box-up clearance.

 N2 preservation for piping and equipment.

 Motor Solo run test. (M.R.T)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Monitor process parameters and make an appropriate adjustment when a deviation detected and or

an upset condition occurred.

 Ensure all process plant and utilities equipments are in a good and in operable condition to

maintain high reliability of the pla nt

 Trouble shoot and corrective action in case plant shutdown.

 Perform reporting of daily activities, unsafe condition and 11W audit.

 Participate in safety meeting within Operation organization, shares HSE information issue with the

group members and provide input.

 Involve testing safety equipment and all alarm system periodically to ensure plant operating an

safely and plant emergency preparedness.

 Maintain good housekeeping and ensure no pollution into the environment.

 Monitor chemical and consumables material usage ensure that all chemicals are handled properly

and following MSDS instructions.

 Competent in inlet Facilities Operation for Sour Gas (Slug Catchers. Separators. Steam Rehohers,

 Heat Exchangers, Steam Turbine Compressors. Condensate Stabilization / Column, Pumps. Fin-Fan Coolers

and Gas Metering. Fixed Roof Storage Tanks and Utilities. Drinking/Service/Cooling Water, Nitrogen.

Service / Instrument Air, Fire Water Network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Manage all communication on operation issues between management and coworkers.

 Provide training to all contractors and vendors and participate in safety meetings.

 Monitor all safety issues for company safety supervisor.

 Prepare and submit all purchase order requisitions and maintain all plant operations and ensure

compliance to all policies and regulations.

 Ensure work site free of any wastage and maintain neat and clean plant site.

 Manage all boilers and associate auxiliary equipments and maintain all plant operations.

 Maintain all boiler operations safely and manage all power consumption.

 Manage all plant operation and emission data and maintain safety and efficiency in plant and

provide training to all subordinates.

 Supervise efficient operations of all plant equipment’s.

 Perform troubleshoot to identify and resolve all issues efficiently and assist to read all meters and

gauges at regular intervals.

 Maintain record of all data from equipments such as operation, fuel consumed and all voltage base.

 Manage all rotational shifts and assist to reassemble all machines and complete all maintenance

work.

 Resolve all issues and inspect and perform tests on all machine parts and supervise all repair

activities and ensure all repair and operations according to required procedures.

 Install and perform repair on all plant equipments according to production specifications and

prepare record of all production and maintain all product equipments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Daily inspections at each well head including recording flow rates, pressures and temperature data,

checking fluid levels, the electrical generator, the hydraulic system. safety valves and produce daily

reports from the data collected Report any maintenance requirements.

 Conduct specific assignments related to operating equipment and systems (such as test

separators, gas traps. gas skids. safety cabinets. manifolds, chokes, pig receivers and launchers)

under direct instructions.

 Maintain surface equipment at the Wellhead. including checking hydraulic levels. testing safety

valves, inspecting for gas leaks, and Liking appropriate action to rectify this.

 Carries out well head sampling according to prescribed programs and observe service

companies

carrying out such work. Return samples, where necessary. to Laboratory for a naly sis and testing.

 Prepares the weUhead towers and sub-sea pipelines for maintenance as per the established

procedures when required, actompanies the Instrument/Mechanical/Electrical Technicians to

explain defects/defaults ensuring safe preparation of equipment for routine planned maintenance,

and test such repaired equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

 Informs Supervisor for the replenishment of stores stock items/chemicals necessary for

operating the svellhead tower and sub-sea pipelines, checks consignments and endorses

loading/delisvry notes.

 Assists as required the wir cline and logging jobs of service companies on the well

 head platforms.

 Ensures that all activities are carried out with due regard to the company's safety regulations and

routine activities and emergencies.

 Stays on the lob until properly relieved and does not leave the general area of

responsibility or work ‘vithout the permission of the Shift Supervisor or Shift Superintendent

on-duty.

 Dunng the startup of equipment remotely (such as booster pumps. air compressors,

separators) assist in checking and following the startup sequence.

 Assist in isolating, draining, purging and handing over equipment's for maintenance on

inspection and check the equipment's for its correct operation when the maintenance lob is

completed.

 Participate. under instructions, in launching pigs into pipelines; prepare pig receiver

stations. remove the pig and check it for damage under the guidance of senior supervisor.

 Attend minor leaks. gland leaks, flange leak. Valve stems cleaning and greasing Small coolers.

strainers. filters cleaning etc.

 Observing all safety. fire and security rules and rcvul ations. including the use of protective

clothing and equipment and ensures that all personnel working in his area comply with safety

procedures. Ensures the maintenance of assigned area in clean and tidy conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Well experienced in offshore wellhead platform, process platform and work over rigs. Having good

experience in the following fields.

Worked in Well Completion Work over and Wire line Departments of Bombay High, North, and South and

Satellite field. Operations and Installation of different types of X-Mas Trees

namely Breda, Cameron, FMC, IKS-NKM, BHEL, veto Grey etc including injection of Plastic Packing, running

control line for Single and Dual completion, function and pressure testing of X-Mass Tree and SCSSV,

conversant with Hydraulic Shutdown Panels and Single Well Control Panels, using in Production and well

completion/Work over.

Well conversant with Halliburton — OTIS Baker and Camco Down hole equipment's viz. Expansion Joint,

retrievable Hydraulic set Single and Dual Packers, Permanent Packer Seal Assembly, Tubing Retrievable

SCSSV, Retrievable SCSSV, Landing Nipple type X, XN, F, R, Safety Valve Nipple type RQ, S, BA, Flow Coupling

Gas Lift Single and Dual pocket Mandrel, Tubing Hanger, Swivel Sub, Blast Joint, Glass Disc sub various type Wire Line Reentry guide and Side Slide Door. Servicing and testing of Single and Dual X-mas Trees. Very

familiar with valve system of Cameron, Breda Engergia and FMC X-mas Tees and well conversant with all

other well head equipment's like Casing Head Spool, Tubing Head Spool, Test Plug, Seal and Slip Assembly

and Weir Bushing.

 Well familiar with maintenance and operation of Hydraulic wire cutting Actuator and reverse

acting valve make of FNC, Baker of Tools and BreadedEnergia.

 Redress and maintenance of well testing X-overs, Circulating Heads, E.S.D. System, Back

Pressure Valve, Lubricators and Wire line Surface Control Equipment's viz. Lubricators, B.O.P.

stuffing Boxes etc. Fully conversant with various types of Wire line tools. Involved in redressing

maintenance of various wire line tools at workshop of make Halliburton, Camco, Bakers,

Flopetrol, and Pertroline etc. During this period also worked with latest PCE Multi Lateral

Completion Systems.

 The job required knowledge of various types of threads used in completion such as VAM,

Hydraulic NK3-SB used for X-Mas Tree. Otis, Seaco, Bowen, WECO, & OCT Hammer Unions etc.

Charging and Maintenance of Chemical Injection Valve, Casing and Tubing operated Gas Lift

Valves. Wellhead

 Inspection and operation of Christmas tree, flow line choke changing well actuating, well

equalizing, checking STHP, FTHP readings, well head panel operation, annulus pressure

bleeding, surface safety valve (SSV), sub surface safety valve (SSSV) operation, Test separator

handling, well testing oil/gas/water. Taking samples for check specific gravity and BS & EW.

Checking of water injection and gas injection wells. Isolation and hand over wells to well

services for perforation work over Rigs acid jobs, bottom hole study, flow line-flushing jobs.

Participate under instruction in launching pigs into pipelines, prepare pig receiver station and

remove the pig and check it for damages under the guidance of the executive engineer and flow

line check-up for leaks.
