Total Inbound Lead Time (TILT)


Reduction of total inbound lead time through a structural  approach to the optimization of supply chain with a focus on top contributing vendors.


Achieved goodness around by  bringing down the tilt to 14 days from 17 days within a time period of  4~5 months of time working in parallel with robust supply chains like HUL, Godrej,  P&G, Reckitt Benckiser & Wipro brands.

Regional In-Stock Management  (RIS)

An initiative to enhance product availability and contribute to the growth of e-commerce sales across regional markets  through optimization of stock levels.
Sales Growth: Boosted regional sales by 20% in one year  through enhanced product availability and efficient order processing.
