• Coordination with Client / Consultant and clearances of NOC request after scanning the proposal with all the current & running projects.
• Preparation of complete set of standard HDD drawings for 11KV duct Proposal as per RTA / DEWA / DM and other service providers requirements. - Coordination with Project Managers / Site Managers on the Design / Drawing requirement and resolving the bottlenecks.
• Clear understanding about the DESIGN NOC terms & Conditions and Perfect Interpretation of the Existing various networks based on Information NOC.
• Detail Coordination with Project Team and Surveyor and identifying the risk and obstructions while proposing the route and identifying the alternate solutions at an early stage of design itself.
• Updating and maintaining the Drawing Log sheet on daily output basis. Preparation of Trial Pit NOC & Verification drawings / Construction NOC drawings for 11Kv ,22kv, 132Kv, Irrigation duct, MCC duct & Street light / Bore Hole & HDD drawing layouts and its profile / Open Cut Duct Bank layouts & future Road Crossing drawings / HDD As Built drawings as per Standards / Traffic diversion drawings for different RTA ROW structures as per RTA standards. Prioritizing and assigning the received tasks to the Draughtsman and providing them with the necessary advice and support.
• Close Monitoring and controlling for the assigned task with the Jnr. Draughtsman in obtaining the finished design drawing on time as per the project requirement and as per various Government & Public Entities standards.

• DEWA Contract NO. 4222100028: Drilling across the roads for cable laying – works completed: 50 drilling for 11KV Cable (LV& HV Cable).
• NAKHEEL - GCL -AL FURJAN - WS4 LANDSCAPE : Drilling across the roads for Duct laying – works completed: 45 drilling for irrigtion duct.
• NAHKEET - UTMOST - TAAWUN CIVIL NETWORK DISTRIBUTION IN AL AWIR FIRST RESIDENTIAL PROJECT: ETISALAT INSTEAD OF DU TELECOM TOTAAWUN PROJECT AL AWIR FIRST – works completed: 7 drilling for ETISALAT duct.
• Meydan One PO NO 60492504 : - Construction of Interim Access For Phase 2A FromMeydan Road - Drilling across the roads for cable laying – works completed: drilling for 11KV Cable (LV& HV Cable), Street Light.
• CONSTRUCTION OF REMAINING LOOPS AND RAMPS AT E11 INTERCHANGECONTRACT NR.:ADAC/1/069/2022 : AL FALAH FREE ZONE – E11 INTERCHANGE Drilling across the roads for cable laying – works completed: 6 drilling for MCC duct.
• SHAKHBOUT CITY ROADS, SECTOR 44 - MAIN WORKS : ROAD CROSSING DUCT FOR MCC WORK LOCATION PLAN.
• 200 MW Data Center at Masdar City : PROPOSED DRILLING FOR ELECTRICAL CABLE ROUTE CROSSING WITHEXISTING ADDC ELECTRICAL CABLE - works completed: 8 drilling for 22KV Cable.

• Managed construction contracts for capital projects to outline objectives, stakeholder responsibilities and modification procedures.
• Collaborated with civil technicians to gather project equipment and update maps, drawings, and blueprints.
• Managed conceptual design projects while providing task management and technical contributions to multidisciplinary teams.
• Assisted emergency management agencies with disaster response and damage assessments to promote humanitarian aid.
