As a Azure Cloud Architect / Engineer , below are my responsibilities;

  • Provide Azure technical expertise including cloud architecture, design and implementation plans for hosting complex application workloads on Azure to customers.
  • Plan, organize, and control multiple responsibilities to achieve project objectives; technically guide projects through to completion. Ensure deliverables are completed within target time-frames and are consistently of high-quality.
  • As a Part of Cloud COE,collaborate with fellow Architects and Sales team in building RPFs for customers moving to Azure.
  • Collaborate with application architects and DevOps to modernize infrastructure as a service (IaaS) applications to Platform as a Service (PaaS).
  • Ensure that all cloud solutions follow security and compliance controls, including data sovereignty.
  • Interface with MS Solution Architects for services model to support the architecture.
  • Working knowledge of other architecture disciplines including application, database, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
  • Hands-on Azure Cloud experience with Azure AD, Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Accounts, SQL Databases, Virtual Networks, NSG Rules, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Traffic Manager, Express Route, Azure Data Lake, CDN, Data Factory, DevOps, Azure Migrate, Azure Database Migration, Disaster Recovery, Log Analytics and Azure Sentinel.
  • Act as a technical escalation point within the team. Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient business solutions. Consistently share best practices with team members and help create knowledge base articles to solve/workaround issues.

As a Service Delivery Manager (Engineering Team Manager) , below are my responsibilities;

  • Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the Atlanta Market Engineering Team (Senior Systems Engineers, Systems Engineers and Support Specialists) and Escalation Point for Offshore team.
  • Work with Engineers on Incidents and Projects, and ensure timely completion bound to SLA with customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Project Manager and Project Coordinator on scheduling the Projects for Systems Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers.

  • Service Delivery Management for Assigned clients includes Client Relationship and Quality Service.
  • Implement network change in the context of incidents resolution, problem management, service requests, project completion and collaborates with the team to ensure that incidents underlying problems are managed and resolved (Changes goes through Change Management Process).
  • Accurately record incidents and service requests using the designated ticketing system and Provide customer support to clients via phone, email, and designated ticketing system.
  • Interact and coordinate with other teams and third-party software vendors to resolve customer incidents and service requests.
  • Worked with the National Integration team on integrating RMM tools, Phone systems, Networks and Workflow to All Covered standards.
  • Lead, Planned and Implemented OpsRamp (NetEnrich) RMM rollout to Atlanta Market.
  • Lead, Planned and Implemented the Data Center merge between Altuscio and All Covered.
