Order Picking & Packing:- Pick items from shelves based on order requirements. Pack products securely usingappropriate packing materials Ensure correct

quantity, item type, and packing quality before sealing

packages.

Product Inspection:- Check products for damage,

defects, or quality issues before packing. Report any

damagedormissingitems to the supervisor.

Labeling & Documentation:- Print and attach shipping

labels, barcodes, and order tags. Update packing lists

andmaintain accurate order records.

Dispatch & Coordination:- Move packed goods to the

dispatch or loading area. Assist in loading parcels onto

delivery vehicles. Coordinate with warehouse

supervisors,dispatch staff, anddelivery teams.

Inventory Support:- Assist in counting stock and

maintaining packing material inventory. Keep packing

materials organizedandreport when supplies are low.

Safety & Cleanliness:- Follow warehouse safety

procedures while handling goods and equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free packing

area.

Equipment Handling:- Use basic warehouse tools

such as trolleys, tape machines, weighing scales, and

scanners. Report any faulty equipment to the

supervisor.

Meeting Daily Targets:- Achieve packing targets while

maintaining accuracy and quality. Maintain speed and

efficiencyduringhigh-volumeperiods.
