• Send out request for quotes (RFQ) to 4-5 potential suppliers with new drawings.

• Evaluate quotes based on price, quality.

• Select the best supplier and negotiate prices.

• Release a purchase order (PO)with agreed-upon quantities and schedules.

• Monitor and track the delivery of materials according to the scheduled dates.

• Coordinating and following up with vendors for confirmations of orders and delivery dates.

• Ensuring GRN made on time and quality clearance of product from quality department.

• Working in SAP MM module

• To prepare and maintain all related procurement reporting such as price analysis, delivery

records and vendor’s performance

• Tool Issuance & Return:

Distribute tools and equipment to workers & Track tool check-ins and check-outs.

• Inventory Management:

Maintain records of available tools and supplies,Order and restock tools when necessary.

• Tool Maintenance & Inspection: Ensure tools are in good working condition,Perform minor repairs or send damaged tools for servicing.
• Safety Compliance:

Ensure tools meet safety standards,Train workers on proper tool handling.

• Record-Keeping & Documentation:

Maintain logs of tool usage and maintenance,Generate reports on tool consumption and losses.

• Workplace Organization:

Keep the tool crib clean and well-organized.

• Followed all standard safety practices to avoid accidents as per company regulations.
• Replaced and installed new machinery, equipment and parts.
