Zoom is a Digital Asset Management (DAM/ MAM) Software solution designed to streamline the management of high-resolution (hires) and low-resolution (low-res) assets workflow like videos, images, graphics, layouts, documents, and more. Powered by advanced AI, fast search, robust version control, and integrated with Adobe plugins, Cinema 4d, etc. which helps to Archive, transcoding, restore the Assets, and Remote Editing with a single or team.

• Crop.photo & Listing Analyzer

Our AI-powered tool is designed to assist Amazon sellers in identifying sub-standard product photos and images uploaded to their listings. By automatically detecting and rejecting low-quality or sub-standard images, we help sellers maintain the quality of their product listings, thereby enhancing their brand reputation and customer trust.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performing E2E System testing with Adobe Applications integrated with Zoom on Desktop and Servers.
• Used Cypress to automate the Browser app.
• Testing on multiple OS (Mac, Win-10, Window11) with browsers like- Safari, Google Chrome, ME.
• Use Jenkins to Create & Deploy the build.
• Upgrade Servers and Clients m/c.
• Setup Test Environment.
• Automation- Cypress, Basic Java Script
• Use GitLab for code storage
• API testing using Swagger tool
• Work with Linux (Basic Idea), Command Line, and MobaXterm, WinSCP.
• Finding and analyzing exact root cause of bugs using logs, console logs, and network calls.
• Involvement in requirement analysis, Daily Scrum Meetings, and other ceremonies.
• Test Case design and Execution, Document creation, Bug Reporting & Tracking. Bug Reporting and Tracking using JIRA & YouTrack.
• Client calls, Team discussions, and communication with Development Teams to enhance better quality products.
• Take quick action over backlogs or assign respective team members.

Project:-

• BPS Global

The BPS Global is also known as Best Practice Solutions Logistics Technology. A fully automated warehouse Operations project in Hong Kong. Products are Inbound to Outbound operations managed through Robots/ machines without human involvement. A product is carried from the storage yard to the Bin location till the delivery point by using robotic arms/ AGV's/ RGV's/ CHS Mother-Child/ stacker cranes etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Black box testing, End-to-end testing of Application on Web.
• Involvement in requirement analysis, review meetings, Test case creation, and other planning meetings.
• Bug Reporting and Tracking using Bug tracking tools like JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
• Using MySQL for database and Postman for API testing
• Work with different OS- Window10 & Ubuntu.
• Client discussion related to product understanding and prevention to clients.
• Finding and analyzing exact root cause of bugs using server logs, console logs, and network calls.
• Use different kinds of tools like Redis, Jmeter , Browser Stack to test and find out root causes of defects.

Project:-

• ReSuit:
  ReSuit Project is E-commerce project, which is developed for a North American company. This application motto, for ‘Usable' items, can be ‘Rent' or ‘Sale'. And ReSuit users can take products on Rent or can purchase them. This is developed for local users' perspective, to support to rent or sale of their items.
  Here Admin's main role is to make an ‘Association' and can able to set items' Nominal sizes So that users can easily get desired items.
• The NeXT Sports:
  A North American-based gaming application. Here users can bet on games against their friends. The Game also offers to play ‘Pivotal Moment' and win Rewards/ Points/ Offers. Once users are registered on application, He/ She is eligible to participate in any game which is played on live ground and user can watch it through NeXT Sports app and enjoy Pivotal Moments.
  Here Admin main role is to send notifications to users to play Pivotal Moments and Win prizes.

• File Bugs and continuous tracking

• Database execution with MySQL
