Duties & Key Responsibilities
Handling all HR & administrative responsibilities of HO office and site.
Handling the purchase of stationary, office equipment purchase & looking after their maintenance.
Overseeing optimum and effective utilization of funds in providing congenial work environment.
Creating effective procedures for the preparation and implementation of programs within the area of safety, health and the environment.
Responsible for all time-office keeping, procedures and all other related time office procedures.
Managing the housekeeping activities, event management, security, transportation and handling function of canteen, labour camp, uniforms, medical/hospital facilities meant for the employees.
Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels and liaison with external agencies, Govt. authorities & offices etc.
Responsible to take care of the premises for repair and maintenance, to collect quotation for work and rate negotiation with the vendor and follow up with vendor to complete the job in time efficiently handle the planning, implementing, upgrading and re-engineering of system and procedure simultaneously monitor records of daily and breakdown activities.
Liaising and coordinating with external agencies, Rent Agreement, contracts renewals.
Supervise the appointed subcontractors for housekeeping, cleaning, catering or mess service, watersupply, waste disposal etc. and ensure their compliance and report any deviations.
Checking and inspection of camp accommodation, facilities and premises to avoid any illegal observationsand issue warnings or initiate administrative action.
Communicate and co-ordinate with Maintenance department for any repair of MEP faults and periodical service or refurbishment of camp properties, safety equipment etc.
Adopt measures of control and increase camp efficiency wherever possible cost.
Provide all administrative support to the company operating & service divisions.
Provide assistance to finance and payroll Department for salary distribution, supplier’s payments certification, settle employee’s medical bills, solve salary discrepancy etc.
Maintain files and records of camps assets and control issue of consumables like bed materials, stationery, pantry materials etc.
Attending to employee grievances to their best satisfaction and solve their complaints.
