• 2013-14: was pass section officer when Reliance Jamnagar Refinery underwent expansion project by deploying more than 200K workmen

2. SPOC for Security compliance with OMS

• 2014: Reliance adopted Operating Management System from British Petroleum and instructed all functions to comply with OMS guidelines
• Appointed by Site Leadership to study OMS Security requirements and identify gaps, update existing practices / procedures for compliance
• Prepared checklist with 120 questions on OMS - these questions became part of security audit questionnaire used across Reliance

3. SPOC for Organizational scale Entry Permit Management System

• Till 2015, each Reliance site had its own mechanism to prepare Entry Permits for non-contractual workmen / personnel
• 2015: hand-picked by Hydrocarbon Security Head to study unique requirements of all sites and prepare a Functional Requirement Sheet
• Coordinated with IT in development, testing and deployment of this system; trained admins / users from all sites

4. Blended creativity in security projects

• Hosted 10+ official videos on refinery expansion project
• Directed Jamnagar Security Overview film with a budget of 10L
• Created 20+ videos on Security and allied subjects; made a fully-equipped studio for creative endeavors (sample in Media section)

5. Identified globally best security technologies for Reliance

• 2018: nominated as Team Leader and had 5 officers; was tasked to research and submit findings on globally best standards
• Compared security hardware / software solutions of leading vendors with existing setup; submitted cost-merit report and recommended new technologies such as MM-Wave scanner with its use cases

6. Lead development of Jio Visitor Management System

• It is a versatile VMS in Jio's suite of business applications for India
• 2021: Security lead for steering deployment of this application
• Identified and conveyed 20+ modifications / feature add-ons such that this application can serve any business type in India
• Coordinated Go-live of this system at its first site - Jio World Center and made a roadmap of new features to be incorporated in system

7. Contributed reformation / cost saving ideas in Mission Kurukshetra

• 2013: submitted idea to change item description format in Reliance mart's bills such that it becomes easier to interpret by customers - idea approved and implemented by functional leader
• 2022: submitted idea of replacing HP's A series cartridge with X series cartridge to reduce per page print costs by 30% across Reliance - idea was under review when I separated from organization
