- Accountable for production operations, including collaboration with the business to ensure continuity of production alongside DPM.
- Also tasked with troubleshooting plant issues to prevent any breakdowns and resolving them if they occur.
- Additionally serves as the MOC coordinator for the EM plant (Management of Change).
- Also leads QMS, EnMS, GMP, and RC (Responsible Care) audits, which encompass documentation and audit leadership for the plant (four code champions in the RC audit).
- Furthermore, responsible for CAPEX, OPEX, and serving as a digitalization expert for the plant.
- Also in charge of monthly plant documentation, including Production, AE, Quality, EHS Statistics, utility consumptions, costs analysis and tracking OPEX and CAPEX.
- Possesses operational experience as Shift In Charge in the EM (Care Chemical) plant and with the Siemens DCS (Distributed Control System).
- Oversaw the commissioning of the Waste Heat Recovery Boiler project, bringing it into operation.
- Successfully conducted trial runs of Aspiro S 8710 and LDBS 25, a new grade product.
- Achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification by executing projects within the plant that yielded significant safety, cost, and quality improvements.
