- Cisco is one of the important customers to eGain which uses the Mail and Chat module for their end user customer services
- This Load testing project is to verify the specified user load on their release over release
- Took the ownership of this project single handily including performance test plan, Script creation, Test execution, test result analysis
- Involved in direct discussion with Cisco team with their requirements and issue for their standard load practice
- Taken care of all the different installation either single or distributed setups for same
