Appointed as a Technical cum Quality Office and promoted to Operation Manager for the organization and being responsible for the overall management.
Responsible for all accounts and admin related activities on day to day operations.
Qualifying customers’ inquiries to determine if the Laboratory has the capabilities to perform the required calibration.
Assist Sales and customer support team in preparing commercial quote.
If required, attend technical and quality clarification meeting with customer after submission of quotation.
Responsible for Onsite and In-lab Operations from Planning, Scheduling to Man power assigning.
Ensure the Calibration Engineer and Technician well verse with the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and the management system of the Laboratory.
Responsible of selection and screening of new technical personnel.
Ensuring that services are carried out to the required specifications, as recommended by manufacturers’ or as developed in house based on recognized procedures.
Ensuring Quality check and maintenance are carried out as per their respective schedules.
Ensure and authorized sign for service and calibration reports, PR & PO and other documents related to quality requirements.
Plan and report to Managing Director on day to day laboratory operations.
Responsible for the calibration laboratory’s operations, and to secure that their services are performed according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 requirements.
Responsible for both in house and onsite calibration for Electro-Technical, Thermal, Mechanical- Pressure & Force.
Review and up keeping external documents, standard documents and references.
Responsible for corrective action on customer complaints and ISO/IEC 17025 assessment non conformities.
Conduct Internal Audit
Ensuring that the standards used by the Laboratory are valid traceability.
Ensuring preventive maintenance, Intermediate check and Inter-laboratory comparisons as per schedule.
Ensuring training needs, training plan and conduct training as per the established training schedule.
Record and Ensuring accommodation and environmental condition.
Preparing uncertainty budget for each parameter accredited and enhancement of scope.
Responsibility for both in house and onsite calibration for Electro-Technical, Mechanical-Pressure & Thermal Parameter
Involved to preparation of Quality Manual, Quality System Procedure, Calibration Work Instructions and Forms & Format’s for NABL accreditation process.
Responsibility for preparing measurement uncertainty budget for each parameter.
