Department of TD&M - Manufacturing of Mechanical Test coupons, Raw material inspection (Resin, Glass fabrics, Core, Balsa) of Wind turbine rotor blades (Earlier known as LM Wind Power Technologies India Pvt., Ltd.)

• R&D Lab - Incoming inspection of Glass fabrics, Resins , Core , foam and plastics materials from the different supplier and different region.
• Working in NTI projects like Root Insert (Unit cell) Testing sample manufacturing process to meet the customer requirements.
• Work with cross functional team-Technology transfer from India lab to Denmark Lab technicians in new method development of RI manufacturing process.
• Worked in Nonstandard Task, like LE glue lip 4-point bending test coupon manufacturing process, Core/ Balsa qualification, etc.,
• Worked in RCA for blade qualification of Scarf joint test sample manufacturing, and glue voids creation of 3point bend methods etc.,
• Responsible for monitoring internal quality issues, RCA and corrective action.
• Conducting Internal process Audits
• Controlling the measuring devices & instruments (Calibration) in Tool register
• Monitor & Control quality huddle board based on data from NCR database.
• Exposure in 5S and Continuous improvement in internal process
• Involved new types of Bushing in new material and implement project.(New RI design implement for Vestas)
• People development - Conduct internal training through own interest to train other operators ( Like sharing process knowledge, Best practice, Mail communication skill, 5S lean, Quality lean etc.,)

Key responsibilities include:

• Final Inspection of various composite parts of wind turbine & vendor approval
• Plant support while assembling Nacelle unit and verify the FRP assembled parts
• Supplier development and Vendor rating
• Process Evaluation in Vendor manufacturing unit
• Maintain all the relevant data and records of TQM

Manufacturing of FRP Tanks, FRP Molded Tanks, Acid Tanks, FRP Acid Storage Tanks, Acid Proof Flooring, FRP Gutters, Rainwater Gutters, Polypropylene Gutters etc.

Key responsibilities include:

• FRP tank manufacturing process as per customer requirements
• Process monitoring, quality check and problem solving
• Manpower Handling, production planning as per customer priority
• Maintain all the relevant data and records related to purchase, and sales

Manufacturers of Rotor blades and mold for wind turbine generators of 1000kw

Key responsibilities include:

• Worked in Mould making process of Rotor blade Main mould and pre-molding (SC, RI, Web mould etc.,) with Epoxy Resin,
• Knowledge about VARIM and Hand layup method.
• Worked in Installation process Master plug of 29.05 mtr Rotor blade mould
• Worked in Main Mould installation and Hydraulic closing system (Power Hinge)
• Worked in Manufacturing process of Rotor blade (Epoxy resin)
• Worked in Blade final finishing and painting process
