• Preparation and Review of Annual and Semi-annual Financial Statements as per IFRS of Mutual Funds including derivatives in collaboration with onshore teams situated in Canada
• Active Participation in Pre and Post reporting cycle activities and project initiatives
• Effective use of Reporting Software like Invest One, Confluence and provides suggestion for system enhancements
• Conduction Training sessions on Existing process to newly joined team members
• Contribute to Process Improvements by sharing ideas and actively participate to materialize ideas
• Delegate and supervise team members work in accordance with client priorities and internal deadlines.

• Preparation of financials on monthly and quarterly basis for Head Office Reporting in accordance with IFRS
• Review General Ledger accounts and provide entries to onshore team so that both
• Reporting and accounting data are in same line
• Contribute to accounting controls and analysis as defined by BNP Paribas Standard
• Accounting Control Plan
• Contribute to inter-company transactions reconciliation
• Ensure good coordination with Regional Financial Reporting team, during pre-closing process and whenever accounting issue needs to be addressed
• Participate to Finance Projects linked to Head Office Financial Reporting
• Monitor Financial Reporting through key performance and key risk indicators
• Contribute to elimination of manual reclassifications and warnings/missing items
• Report incidents and accounting issues
• In depth knowledge in IFRS 9 and different types of products.
