- Currently working on a Kaiser Permanente Membership connect Project.
- For the past 5 years I have been a core member of the project team playing the role of a lead managing a team of 13 members both manual and automation, supporting the Kaiser Permanente enterprise wise membership and billing transformation.
- I have been testing production fallouts after each line of business launch, identifying system issues, managing the defect tracking through JIRA.
- This work ensures seamless member experience and system stability across regions.
- Helped testing and validating production issues using agile methodology.
- Custom Framework Development: Designed and implemented a customized Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework using Node.js and Cucumber, enabling seamless automation of UI, Database, and FTP processes.
- Technical Expertise: JIRA for task and defect tracking, and Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
- Mentorship: Guided junior team members in understanding BDD principles and implementing best practices in automation testing.

- This project improved Billing experience with the Oracle Revenue Management Billing system (UI where all the billing activities will happen) called as ORMB developed in Angular JS.
- It made the enrollment faster and accurate with reduced customer intervention.
- It also redesigned invoices with a modern look.
- Payments options became flexible including autopay and recurring payments.
- It also streamlined discrepancy report for easier financial management.
- Initially this was launched for KPIF (Kaiser Permanente for Individuals and families) but gradually it got expanded to other regions and MOC.
- TMS/FS - The membership system/Foundation system – was leading the team from offshore.
- I have also worked in TMS and FS application for a short duration in manual area, which handles the Mid Atlantic and California region membership updates.
- This involves member enrollment, group creation, Provider updates, billing, generating reports/extracts and coordinating messages with upstream and downstream systems.
Manual and Automation Tester
- Automation Leadership: Led and coordinated a team of 14 members across onshore and offshore locations, successfully developing and delivering automation frameworks and solutions.
- Hybrid Automation Framework: Designed and implemented automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) within a hybrid framework, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in testing.
- Custom Productivity Tools: Developed user-friendly tools like BEQR File Generator and Enrollment File Creator with interactive UI using VB macros, enabling users without technical knowledge to execute tasks seamlessly and boosting overall productivity.
