Business Analyst – Digital Assets Project (Release 1)

• Led end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off for Release 1.
• Facilitated requirements prioritization workshops, aligning features with business value and delivery timelines, resulting in a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD).
• Conducted brainstorming and solution exploration sessions with stakeholders to define feature scope and assess feasibility.
• Authored clear, INVEST-compliant user stories with acceptance criteria; obtained stakeholder approval prior to development.
• Delivered story walkthrough sessions to development teams to ensure requirement clarity and mitigate delivery risks.
• Actively participated in Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum Meetings (DSM) to track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment with release goals.

Business Analyst – TSC 2.0 Project

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of cutting edge projects, emphasizing Agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• In HRMS project was to streamline and automate various HR processes within the organization, including employee onboarding, performance management, leave management, and payroll processing.
• Key functionalities of the HRMS included, Employee self-service portal, Manager selfservice functionality, Integration with payroll systems.
• In Vendor Management System project was to establish a centralized platform for managing vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes efficiently.
• Key functionalities of the Vendor Management System included, Vendor registration and qualification processes, Contract lifecycle management for creating, negotiating, and tracking vendor contracts, Performance scorecards and evaluation mechanisms, Integration with procurement systems.
• Involved in phases from initiation, planning, to execution & monitoring for various medium projects to large projects.
• Documenting different documents required at different phases such as, Understanding Document, SoW, Project Kick-off, MoM, Flow Diagram, User stories, User Manuals etc.
• Gathering functional /non-functional requirements documents using cases and test plans.
• Support the design, build and deployment of IT solutions in SDLC.
• Ensuring communication with all stakeholders and bridging the gap between management, developers, and stakeholders.
• Use JIRA to create tasks, user stories, and issues, and assign them to team members.
