• Develop Live Operations documentation to establish repeatable processes for the technical execution of high-profile events, and helped one of the biggest live streaming customers in India with their live events for IPL and World Cups numerous times over 3 years.
• Remained primary on-call support for our customer (one of the biggest food delivery apps) during their Christmas sales peak hours, also did their EKS clusters operational readiness before the event.
• Helped one of the critical customers of AWS migrate one of the critical platforms from on-prem to proprietary DB platform which they recently onboarded on EKS by being on-call during the event and doing the operational readiness of their clusters before the event.
• Gave deep-dive technical sessions to many AWS customers on various topics related to EKS as an SME of the service.

• Worked with AT&T, supporting their Openshift cluster and CICD setup
• Worked on automating Jenkins pipelines automatic switchover from one Gerrit environment to another during a network issue and significantly reduced pipeline failure count caused by Gerrit environment network traffic glitch.
• Worked on creating code for automatic creation of release document by fetching information from different sources like GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, Wiki, etc. and compiling them into the release document which once completed then broadcast the release note to team members via email.
