My Experience

  • Actively managing DCRM and the PlatformCoE team
  • DCRM team oversees key communication systems (Email, SMS, In-app notifications, Banner, Overlays, and Toaster) for millions of players daily, including transactional, promotional, and registration communications. The team plays a pivotal role in the Campaign Management System, orchestrating promotional campaigns across millions of users targeting various games globally.
  • Platform_CoE: Overseeing 42 teams within Entain Technology, each managing distinct systems. These teams collectively handle more than 300 games across 15 brands worldwide. The Platform CoE team builds and enhances these systems from the ground up, ensuring they are future-proof, platform-agnostic, and scalable for competitive support in the future. Currently, the systems are interconnected, creating technical debt and challenges in debugging, hindering the potential to use the system as a SaaS product for other brands.

As a Senior Project Manager include

  • In my role as a Senior Project Manager, I play a pivotal role in shaping project success by meticulously finalizing scope details in collaboration with Product and Technical stakeholders. This collaborative effort involves engaging with key Project Stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements. My approach includes conducting a thorough technical analysis, facilitating the creation of a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). This detailed breakdown forms the basis for meticulous effort analysis, enabling precise planning that encompasses milestones and a granular task breakdown.
  • In addition to my role in detailed planning, I am at the forefront of project initiation, orchestrating project kick-off sessions and implementing communication plans with Project Stakeholders. My responsibilities extend to Sprint Grooming, where I lead the prioritization of sprint tasks, followed by Sprint Planning and Retrospective sessions. To ensure ongoing progress, I conduct daily scrum meetings across multiple programs involving relevant Project Stakeholders.
  • Risk management is a critical aspect of my role, where I maintain a comprehensive Risk Register and develop risk reduction plans. This proactive approach ensures that potential challenges are identified and addressed before they escalate, contributing to the overall success of the project.
  • At the conclusion of each sprint, I compile and communicate a detailed Sprint Report, providing Project Stakeholders with valuable insights into project progress. Additionally, I engage with higher management and Project Stakeholders, actively participating in the prioritization of programs and ensuring continuous updates to keep them well-informed. Upon leaving my previous role, I experienced a delay in finding suitable employment due to an unforeseen cancellation of a job offer. Additionally, I underwent a necessary six-month period of post-operative recovery following an ear surgery. During this time, I temporarily worked as a Senior Customer Executive to support my family. Despite these challenges, I continued to actively seek out opportunities in line with my professional expertise. This sabbatical allowed me to focus on my recovery and personal commitments while maintaining a commitment to professional growth and development such as learning basics of Python and SQL.
