• Financial Planning & Analysis: Owning the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for the confectionery business to inform major decisions made by top management. Includes preparation of contribution margin, fixed costs, profit, and capex requirement for the prospective year.
• Profitability Analysis: Preparation of monthly contribution profitability report as per SKU-wise and State-wise, and reconciliation for variances, if any.
• Product Costing: Ascertain product contribution for new launch, pricing revision, channel evaluation, and offer to specific customer, which involves calculation to arrive at NSR and estimation of COGS.
• Productivity Analysis: Reviewing operating expenses, analyzing input cost variances forecast vs actual, identifying and analyzing the reasons for variances, and initiating timely actions for necessary corrections.
• Yield Analysis: Analysis of product-wise yield on a fortnightly basis and highlight it to the management for necessary action.
