- Identified recurrent somatic mutations in well-known HNSCC-associated genes, such as TP53, CDKN2A, HRAS, PTEN, and PIK3CA, revealing diverse mutation patterns.
- Uncovered novel somatic mutations in genes not previously linked to HNSCC, providing new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the disease in the Indian population.
