Responsibilities :

• Underwent comprehensive technical training in the operations and maintenance of the 18MW Thermal Power Plant.
• Assisted senior engineer in the synchronization, load sharing, and monitoring of alternators and turbines.
• Gained hands-on experience in the routine inspection, maintenance of VCBs, ACBs, and control panels.
• Learned to Monitor control panels and maintain power generation parameters.

Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Supervised and directed a team o plant electricians to ensure smooth daily electrical operations and breakdown maintenance.
• Reporting : Prepared daily shift reports, logged power consumption, and documented maintenance activities for senior management.
• Plant inspections : Conducted regular inspections of all electrical control panels, motors to monitor operational health and prevent failures.
• Equipment Maintenance : Managed the troubleshooting and routine servicing of single- phase and Three -phase AC motors, including DOL and Star-Delta starter systems.

• Assisted JE in substation maintenance and power distribution system tracking.
• Learned electrical safety protocols and technical documentation.
