I have been part of the Board for the subsidiary units. I was part of setting up new units and standardization of processes. I also was part of the acquisition of a 200 bedded hospital.

I played a key role in evaluation and implementation of a new HIS system.

I have been part fo the Board for the subsidiaries as Director and have additional responsibilities as grievance officer, member of internal committee and have played an active role in the due diligence activities. I have initiated the ESG program in our company and successfully completed materiality metrics for our company.
