Responsibility

• · Configuring PM Master Data Records –Planning plant, Functional location, Equipment, Bill of Materials, Work Centers, Order types, Task list, Maintenance plans, Class & characteristics, Catalogue, Measuring points.
• · Creation and configuration of work permit system by manually triggering and auto as well with classification permits.
• · Creation of Master Data manually or upload through LSMW
• · Creation of Revision numbers to capture the activities and cost associated with it.
• · Creation of Maintenance Task Lists, Maintenance Items, Maintenance Strategy.
• · Creation of Maintenance Plans for Single Cycle plans, Strategy plans & multiple counter plan.
• · Configuration of Maintenance notifications and Orders.
• · PM work orders business process for (Stock items, Non-stock items, External contract, External services, Refurbishment orders & calibration orders).
• · Completing PM order Technically (TECO), order settlement, closing PM orders.
• · Business process integration with PP, MM, CO and FI module.
• · Creating PM Breakdown maintenance order, Corrective maintenance order.
• · Preventive maintenance order processing, Refurbishment order process for repairable spares and external services, Calibration Business process

Daily plant maintenance related issues.

Business requirement gathering & analysis.

Handled and resolved PM module master data as well as configuration issues.

Carrying out configuration settings to suit the user requirements.

Working as Planning and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) and looking after spares and maintenance planning

Carrying out Preventive and Predictive maintenance schedule of all equipment.

Analyzing equipment failure through FMEA (Failure Modes and Effect Analysis).

Minimizing equipment’s unhealthiness by continual improvement through Kaizen and Poke Yoke and OPL (One Point Lesson)

IATF 16949:2016 documentation

MTTR and MTBF analysis to keep equipment downtime within norms.

Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.
