- Final Inspection & Testing as per Final Inspection Plan & Related IS, DIN, BS, ASTM & other related Standard’s & Drawing of Company Product’s.
- Inspection at machining stage for control the quality on same time.
- Review and updating Calibration Schedule and Validation of Jig, Fixture & Gauges.
- To maintain the Work-Instructions at Shop & implement the Kaizen in process.
- To handle the problem during Production. To maintain & update the Document’s & Drg. Records.
- Responsible for 3th Party Inspection etc.
- Working with M/S-DEE PIPING SYSTEMS, From December-2010 as an Engineer. DDEL is an ISO-9001-2008, 14001-2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 & NABL Certified Company along with certified manufacturer of pipe spool and pipe fittings under the purview of Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), IBR & ASME CODE STAMP PIPING.
- DDEL in the past two decades driven by leaders with a bold & strong entrepreneurial vision, has evolved in the diverse field of piping Engineering& Fabrication.
- DDEL primarily caters to Multinational OEMs of Power generation equipment’s, Engineering, Procurements & Construction (EPC) contractors serving power generation, oil & gas and petrochemicals sector etc., for (BHEL, NTPC, GE ENERGY, Flour, ALSTOM, THERMAX, L&T, JINDAL POWER, RELIANCE ENERGY etc.).
