• Lead the setup, management, and daily operations of the warehouse.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and support.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
• Analyze and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Constructions departments for their daily production plans and arrange the materials as on request and advance for upcoming activities.
• Keeping proper material accounting registry through the usage of Company’s ERP system (SAP) and coordinates regular reviews to ensure process compliance.
• Materials Management and ensure compliance with the approved procedures.
• Review bulk requisitions completed by Engineering for materials content and allocate stock.
• Monitor purchase orders to ensure that all materials control requirements are advised to suppliers.
• Allocate material and equipment to fabrication and construction sites and advise Procurement of the point of delivery.
• Monitor material requirements for each fabrication and construction site and ensure availability of materials, fit for purpose, throughout all stages of the project.
• Managing the material tracking, delivery, and storage process.
• Coordinates functions between shifts, to effectively complete the workload, while providing excellent coordination with construction department to the stores serviced.
• Conducting and taking part in inspections, internal and external audits as required.
• Responsible for materials management system updates, Familiarize and understand where all materials and equipment are located & ensure accurate information is always on hand.
• Ensure that the HSE rules and the company procedures are implemented in its activities.
• Follow CONTRACTOR in its procurement activities and ensure documentation readiness as per Project milestones.
• Design and implement the SAP MM (Materials Management) Plan.
• Manage and maintain inventory control within global ERP system to preserve inventory integrity.
• Continuously improve and manage the process flows through the warehouse and distribution operations.
• Ensure warehouse processes are maintained and managed to limit financial risks, including POD handling, goods return, credit, receiving & dispatch processes.
• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Responsible for timely disposal of scraps and obsolete materials. Reduce wastage. Follow up 5S and ensure proper and clean housekeeping.
• May provide requisitioning support for requirements outside of maintenance: operations supply, projects, etc.
• Motivate team for high performance, exhibit high quality leadership, cost consciousness, timely service to all internal customers / users.
