• Managing the data warehouse for group & ensure data quality & governance .
• Drive analytics & reporting solutions using SAS & tableau dashboards.
• Productivity & capacity utilization improvements.
• Ensure the retail banking leadership team is supported with adequate data to drive discussions .

• Leading a team of 10 , to support analytics & business intelligence delivery for India Retail banking .
• Ensure the deliveries on regular & adhoc basis rolls out with quality & timelines .
• Part of the monthly management team meet & to provide necessary inputs .

• Leading the associates on the risk reporting deliveries .
• Responsible for the validations on LGD & PD models for RBS scotland.
• Ensure periodic reportings are turned around accurately.
• Ensure the adherence of BASEL 2 guidelines.

* Review the high value approvals & analyze the credit risks .

* Analyzing the portfolio deviations in tandem with the bank's credit policies on lending.

* Identify & analyses of trends & deviations .

* Data retrieval & answering the client queries on the SQL platform.

* Portfolio based risk calculation & grouping of similar risk levels loans .

* Pricing of loans based on risk return trade off.

* Clustering & pooling of loan data , variable definitions & data interpretations.

* Preparing Process Manuals and Flowcharts for different processes.

• Monitoring the daily lending data , credit data & incentive data for the business banking domains
• Generation & consolidation of periodic reports ,charts & analysis to the middle management
• Providing the MIS of the regional business , sector wise , account performances & fee targets
• Regression analysis & trend analysis of data to support decision making.
