With a career spanning more than 19 years in the Indian Air Force, my professional journey has been marked by versatility and depth across various domains. From ensuring the seamless flow of air traffic and responding effectively to aviation emergencies to navigating the complexities of network and system administration, I have consistently demonstrated adaptability and technical prowess. My commitment to safety and preparedness is evident in my involvement in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) training. Additionally, I have acquired valuable skills in firearm handling, contributing to the overall security landscape. Throughout my tenure, I have honed not only my technical competencies but also developed a strong foundation in discipline and leadership, attributes cultivated through years of dedicated military service. I possess a wealth of experience in leadership and management, having served as a chief manager and head of departments (HOD) for IT, administration, and human resources at Hard Shell. In this capacity, I led strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. My role involved overseeing diverse responsibilities, including managing IT infrastructure, implementing cutting-edge technological solutions, and ensuring smooth inter-departmental communication. I also played a pivotal role in optimizing administrative processes and overseeing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluations.
