Work as Project and Operation head of CBG projects. Run own Consultancy for Industries deals in EHS implementations,Statutory Compliances, Legal cases under EPA and Sustainable Development.

Responisibilities Hold:
• Head for Environment, Health & Safety functions for entire Group Units (26 Large scale units Comprising of 14 Sugar,6 Distilleries and 6 Coal based Thermal Power Plants) along with Coordination with Government Departments.
• Dy Business Head for Distilleries (Operations and Monitoring).
• CSR Activities of Group
• Land Procurement for New Projects.
• Head for the coordination and obtaining farmer’s Consent (crossing to 50 village panchayats and involvement of more than 4500 land owners directly from negotiating & agreement method) in their lands for the 10 mtr broad & 50 Kilometers “RIGHT OF WAY” for laying the water supply water pipeline project at Lalitpur Power Generation Company Ltd, Lalitpur.

• Presented HSE functional guidance, auditing, training and participation in meetings for individual contractor and sub‐contractor HSE Professionals
• Ensured that comprehensive program of audit work is performed annually throughout HSE, as per set standards & best practices.
• Determined, planned, conducted & supervised the work of auditing professionals and other employees in the performance of internal audits.
• Conferred with HSE Management on policies, programs, and activities of the Internal Audit and where necessary makes recommendations regarding specific areas of responsibility.

• Advised Management on the level of compliance of the local HSE program with the client, local and national requirements/regulations of the host country

• Local Public, Political Leaders, Near Units the Locations (Regarding Environmental Issues, PIL) & government authorities for Bajaj Group, BEPL, LPGCL.
• Bajaj Sugar & Distilleries (Total 26 Large Scale Industries, 6 Distilleries, 14 Sugar Mills & 6 Thermal Power Plants of Bajaj Group) in regard with environmental clearance, NOCs & Consent to Operate, so on
• Executed 1800 MM Water Pipeline of 48 Km Long for Lalitpur Power Generation Company Limited, at Lalitpur (UP) as a Coordinator of more than 4500 land owners to obtain the consent to use their land
• Supervised biogas plants & bio-composting erection, monitoring and sale of bio-compost at corporate level along with annual sales & quality control of bio-compost of all six distilleries
• Initiated Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007)








• Reduced points of energy & water loss; working, designing & planning with aim to conserve water and energy.
• Conducted waste water management & hazardous waste management for all Bajaj Group industries comprising installation & monitoring of the efficiency technically of effluent treatment, plants, air pollution control systems, solid wastes management, hazardous waste management and other environment related systems.
• Ensured budget optimization, loss prevention & implementing the cost-effective technologies for smooth operation of all pollution prevention equipment’s & ZLD systems
• Formulated budgets, technology finalization & execution of:
• Sulphate removal system & sewage treatment plants for 14 sugar mills
• CPU & incineration plant for of 6 distilleries to maintain the complete zero liquid discharge
• Monitored all industrial & fire safety activities of Bajaj Group (Sugar, distilleries & Power Plants) from corporate level
• Facilitated safety audit of all units to evaluate the performance of each unit
• Imparted training to EHS executive regarding new technologies for environmental pollution mitigation & also for industrial safety
• Analyse EHS related documents like water consumption, Effluent Generation, Effluent treatment & its utilization (recycling in process, irrigation & horticulture), ZLD performance, Lab records, accident/incident/first aid/near miss records, safety training & mock drills on a monthly basis
• Developed:
• Written the Customized Safety manual, onsite & offsite plan for Sugar & Power & distilleries based on practical risk assessment by own experiences.
• Manual for Effluent Treatment Plant & ZLD
• Imparted training to new EHS Executive and managing EHS & Liaison Team
• Adhered to ETP adequacy & vetting of irrigation plan from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur for all sugar units
• Made presentations and techno-legal replies related with Courts & National Green Tribunal Cases
• Recommended continual improvement in environmental, health & safety performance by effective implementation & review and enhancing the company’s EHS management systems at all locations

Worked as Head of ETP (Biogas,Activated Sludge Process and Reverse Osmosis) and Head of Environment,Health and Safety.

o Anaerobic Biogas Digester at M/s Lever Gist Brocades, (Unit of M/s Hindustan Lever Ltd.), Chiplun, (Maharashtra).
o Anaerobic Biogas Digester at M/s Bajaj Hindustan Ltd., Gola Gokarannath (Kheri)
o Activated Sludge Process based ETP at M/s Jubilant Organics Ltd., Gajraula (J.P. Nagar, U.P.)
o Anaerobic Digester at M/s Brahan Maharashtra Sugar Syndicate, Aklooj (M.S)
