• Developed an Inventory Reconciliation Report to include customer name and address, product, shipment details, and confirmation of delivery to provide visibility to the end-to-end OTC process in a single report.
• Smartform changes were made to the printing of the process order shop floor papers in the COPI transaction.
• Developed Adobe forms for delivery challan and tax invoice.
• Adding a radio button to include the infra stage materials in the outbound programme of the ECC system and to pass them to the MES third-party application via IDOC.

• Enhanced by adding two new fields (freight discount, port charges) in the ABAP query report layout for specific pricing conditions.
• Pricing routine modifications to consider the custom output types while creating quotations and contracts.
• Enhanced programme to avoid overwriting of MRP type for specific materials and plant combination.
• Triggering the NPS survey link from SAP using the RFC to pass the employee details from SAP to the front-end Fiori application to fill in the survey form.
