• Experience in operation of Hazardous waste treatment facilities Incineration, Thermal desorption, Centrifugation, and utilities such as Air compressor, Nitrogen generation, Water De- mineralization.
• Commissioning Activities being carried out in BeAAT Expansion Project.
• Equipment Dynamic Test (Pump, Blower, Compressors, Conveyors), Line leak test, Cold and Hot Functional test, Loop check, PSSR, P&ID review ,Punch point and start up activities.
• Through knowledge in Burner Management System, Different control philosophy like Cascade, Ratio, Split range, lead lag and feedback& forward.
• Familiar in the F&G monitoring and operation of True Work Station system and Handling Emergencies situation like Fire, leak, and utilities failure.
• Operating the unit Safe and Efficient as per Standard operating Procedure.
• Ensure normal operation of plants and equipment's.
• Safe start-up & shutdown of plant.
• Ensure strict compliance of all HSE procedures.
• Functional test of HSECES Elements at various levels.
• Change over equipment's according to running hours and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, Laboratory analysis in order to keep product quality on specification.

• Responsible for smooth and safe operation of plant and ensuring strict compliance of safety procedures and standard operating procedure
• Monitoring and Controlling critical parameters as per daily operating instructions
• Taking corrective action for any deviation in operating parameters
• Coordination with Maintenance crew for routine and non routine maintenance activities
• Maintaining the equipment’s in safe and healthy condition and conducting periodic meetings and ensuring reliability of equipments
• Inspection and troubleshooting of equipments during shut down
• Handling of planned and emergency shutdown and subsequent startup activities
• Safe start-up and shutdown of various units during maintenance
• Preparation and updating the Standard Operating Procedures

Key Highlights:

• Having shut down & start up experience of Multi-stage filtration unit ( desalinations ).
• Having shut-down & start up experience of steam generation boiler plant.

• Involved in shutdown activities such as, EDC cracker coil decoking, Distillation column decontamination, boil out, hydro jetting, Sphere decommissioning-commissioning activities etc.
• Monitoring & controlling the storage and supply of Ethylene, VCM, EDC.
• Handling startup/ shutdown activities and plant emergencies.
• Hands on experience on DCS (Yokogawa MICRO XL/Centum VP, Honeywell).
• Maintaining QMS /EMS internal documentation and ensure continual improvement of QMS and EMS and comply with defined procedures and conducting HAZOP studies.
• Maintaining smooth plant operations and the optimum operating parameter of plant in shift.
• Handling startup/ shutdown activities and plant emergencies.
• Raw material data entries in SAP.
