Activities Performed

* To monitor overall plant activities of tank filling ,tank dispatch,Motor operated valve (MOV's)status , Remotely operated solenoid valve (ROSOV's)status.

* Take corrective action on different kinds of fire and security alarms. * Planning of receipt and dispatch from tank in coordination with engineering (Maintainance) and safety officers

* To ensure proper line-up of tanks pumps and MOV's and ROSOV's valves for correct receipts and dispatches.

* Monitoring deliveries to TTs from gantry bay ensuring timely actions for safe and secure truck loading operations.

* Allocation of gantry bay manually to TT according to availability of bay for better utilization of gantry bays and avoid unnecessary delays.

* Monitoring Tank dip and maintain them at safe level (higher and lower)

* Monitoring healthiness of fire water network to ensure ready to work status always ,in case of any unhealthy signal detected take corrective action by accordance of terminal automation engineer.

* Maintaining house-keeping in control room.

* To give manual top-up in case of faulty flow meter.

* Take corrective action in case of any problem on BCU at loading gantry

* Ensuring timely action to run fire water pumps activating support systems

*To take responsible actions in case of ESD press or any emergency happened in plant

* Ensure Terminal automation is heathy and functional in all aspects by close coordination with automation vendor (In Bpcl there was Honeywell and Yokogawa)
