1) Involving during tender stage technical ,commercial discussions and taking hand over of project from sales.
2) Defining Project milestones and deliverables ,drawing up project schedule and initiating activities according to schedule.
3) overall coordinating and monitoring of commercial formalities ,inspection documentation,dispatch and post-dispatch
activities.
4)Monitoring and controlling of installation ,testing ,pre-commissioning of supplied equipments at various sites and
submission of reports.
5) Handling a project independently from start to end of the project which include ( site survey,engineering,FAT,SAT,punch point closure)
6)Engaging in site survey,discussions with customers,in preparation and finalization of engineering documents,based on project timeline.
7) Preparing own activity schedule in line with project schedule and will monitor the progress ,for timely completion.
8) Identifying opportunity for standardization,optimization in all aspects of design,engineering and overall project scope.
