• Managing and controlling budget of $50 Million in accordance to the plan and highlighting deviations to department heads
• Planning, preparing and submission of the budgets
• Working closely with management or executive teams in finalising the budget authenticity
• Variance Analysis and Cost Centre Analysis
• Develop detailed spreadsheets to identify trends and develop forecasts
• Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports to the depatment heads
• Consolidate and analyse monthly results and budgets
• Create and deliver presentations, Monthly management reports
• Partnering closely with project leads and assisting them in financial aspects
• Also ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

• Lead a team of 5 resources by maintaining books of Accounts by performing General accounting, Reporting, Fixed Assets and Inter-Company processes for the Head Quarters.
• Performing Technical Closures and doing book close
• Managing the review of consolidation reports for 100 + countries
• Performing Fluctuation analysis by providing data driven insights about the performance of Balance Sheet accounts over the years
• Monitoring and Reviewing postings on Prepaid, Provisions and Accrued expenses monthly basis to ensure the authenticity expenses accounted
• Well versed with Inventory Accounting and TR provisions
• Accountable for reviewing Dashboards prepared by the Delivery Excellence Team and providing analysis on the payment trends and residuals

• Accountable for performing Bank Reconciliation and Regional Office Reconciliation for 20 plus countries around the world
• Responsible for maintenance of equal balances in Inter – Company books of accounts, reviewing the month-end activities and monitoring if same has been completed in time
• Monitoring and performing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly accounting close process and Bad Debt Analysis.
• Handling SLA & KPI delivery, Auditing, reviewing Dashboards, Client Management and Training to new resources for Swiss Perfume Manufacturer's
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing process documentations -SOP, Value Stream Mapping, Time and Motion study and Process Maps
• Accountable for doing Reconciliation of Sales Statistics Database (SSDB) - reporting sales happened over month according to divisions and calculation of Rebates to be given to the customers according to their Agreement
