MphasiS an HP Company. Symantec Outsourced IT to Electronic Data systems worldwide as part of transitioned all India Symantec IT transitioned to MphasiS in Nov 2008. Mphasis. Currently leading Operations Support group consisting of 180+ members with 10 Managers/ Leads as subordinates This group provides global operational support to Symantec IT for Unix, Windows, Database, Messaging and Collaboration, Backup and Recovery, Storage, Network and security and Middleware operations.

Accomplishments:-

• Successfully started 24 X7 end to end global operational support for Database Operations.
• Transitioned additional services and / or increase scope of Operational support in UNIX, Windows and Middleware area.
