Project Phase Experience:

• Coordinated for the erection and commissioning of both LD-Converters (350 Ton) and ancillary equipment's according to schedule, with adequate quality and documentation
• Experienced in installation of The Energy recovery system (ERS), which comprises the upper and lower cooling hoods, a steam accumulator, a steam drum, a feed water tank, and other auxiliary equipment
• Coordinated with team to install Material handling system of BOF Shop which comprises Bulk Material Charging System and Ferro Alloy Charging System and Conveyors at different floors of High-bay (LDCO-4, LDRSC-2, LDRSC3, LDCO-5 and Collecting conveyors)
• Jointly Collaborated with team my team for erection and commissioning of Lance System which comprises Lance Trollies, Fixed and movable guide track, Lance carriage, Lance Hoist etc
• Interactive with HMI Interface of Each and Every equipment of BOF Shop as Converter, Lance Blowing System, Lance Cooling System, Material Handling System And
• Gas Cleaning and Energy recovery System
• Closely Collaborated with project members, OEM (SMS India & SMS GmBH) Site engineers, OEM Foreign Supervisors to adequate assurance and maintain proper procedure during execution and commissioning of BOF Shop
• Coordinated with erection contractors like L&T, JSSL etc
• For execution of equipment, piping and structural erection jobs and timely implementation of scheduled activities as per the planned in site meetings
• Promote safety culture while carryout the erection activities as well as monitored the tasks as per guidelines, standards and drawings
• Assured sequential planning in accordance with material availability, front availability, and critical path in order to meet the target date
• Maintained a record of all materials unloaded, as well as the location of unloading, in order to track them during erection and assembly activities
• In techno-commercial role, ensured timely processing of purchase requisition (PRs), Seeking necessary approvals (NFAs), Releasing of purchase orders and followed-up for deliveries on site timely
• Collaborated with team to finalize 2 years maintenance spares for BOF shop under PAC and Non-PAC items
• Worked on installation of Danieli Corus Sub Lance and Miniteq LaCam (Online Refractory Wear Scanner)
• Passionate for engineering drawings (Structural, Piping and Equipment).

Operational Plant Experience:

• Daily Manpower planning for daily regular Jobs
• Daily Inspection and Maintenance of Converter and tilt drive components as primary drive drum brake system, Shrink Disc, Floating and Non-Floating bearing, Lubrication System of converter tilt drive
• Maintenance of Conveyors (LDCO-4 and 5, LDRSC-2 and 3 and Collective Conveyors)
• Daily checking of Material Handling System Equipment as (Vibro-feeders, Gates-Clam Shell Gate, Gas FlapValve and Gas Lock Valve and its actuation pneumatic panels)
• Daily jobs planning for inspection and maintenance activities for Energy recovery System equipment as HP, LP and FW Pumps, Pressure Vessels-Steam Drum, Feed Water Tank, Upper Cooling and Lower Cooling stack leakages)
• Coordinating with operation people for safely and time bound execution of job
• Working with team for Spare part management by Creating purchase requisitions, Creating Scope of work, Checking technical recommendation, material code creation
• Daily enforce technician for checklist fill-up on time
• Attend breakdown and shutdown jobs.
