To Act as a Deputy to Quality Manager in implementing Quality Assurance
related activities as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Conduct audits to verify that the Quality System processes in the Food Lab
comply to management System requirements and applicable regulatory
requirements.
• Maintain Accreditation, recognitions, certifications & assist QM is submitting
in a timely manner to ensure continuous validity of accreditations and
certificates.
• Conduct Internal audits and special audits as sought by the QM. Prepare
audit report and verify corrective actions.
• To assist QM in verification of adequacy of defined procedures and identify
areas of improvement related to documentation and implementation of
Quality Management System.
• Randomly review raw data and reports to verify their compliance to SOP's
and customer contact requirements. Report any deviation to Head of the
Department/Branch Lab and QM.
• Review calibration certificates and calibration data.
• To co-ordinate PT/ILC/IQC programs, review PT reports and ensure CAPA's
are taken to strengthen performance in PT and ILC programs.
To conduct chemical analysis of Seafood products for antibiotic residues,
Histamine, Indole, heavy metal etc.
• Carrying out intermediate check of lab instruments at regular intervals as
per work instructions.
• Responsible for monitoring the expiry of Reference Materials.
• Operating analytical instruments LCMSMS/HPLC.
• Method development using LCMSMS and Troubleshooting of LCMSMS.
• Reporting of results.
