Drive MRM(monthly review meeting) with leadership team to provide insights on OPE standpoint. Evaluate Operations delivery framework readiness by conducting audits for critical processes in business
  • Quality coordinator for Incidents. Facilitate operations to prepare RCA , Corrections and Corrective actions for Incidents/escalations through 8D problem solving principle. Review and ensure quality of analysis before closing Incident
  • Leader for Ideation program - Challenge-a-thon. Identify challenges/ideas and shortlisting projects for business. Drive CI projects and facilitate operations till closure with various methodologies like Six sigma, lean 5s, Lean VSM, etc. Savings of 2 FTE for FY23 and also qualitative goals achieved for service line PS3(NAM, MAM, EU)

  • Set up of Escalation tracker and PowerBI dashboard for the analysis & review mechanism for the Business lines H2R and P2P. Drove Process risk assessment project to collate the escalations, red alerts, reviewed & analyzed across all regions to identify best controls and replicate across. Brought up a review mechanism with the leadership team to bring insights on the escalations, RCA and controls
  • Conduct Value stream mapping with the operations to identify bottlenecks and work on improvement actions to streamline the process & reduce the lead time. Successfully conducted VSM for 3 processes end-to-end in H2R namely, Onboarding process - Day 1 readiness India, Candidate reimbursement - USA, Candidate reimbursement - India
  • Train the operations on various lean tools, Continuous improvement & quality concepts namely, Lean six sigma green belt, Problem solving- Root cause analysis(why-why, ishikawa, Pareto chart etc.) , FMEA, Project methodology (PDCA, Lean 5S, Lean VSM, SSGB), 7 QC tools etc
