  • Quality coordinator for Incidents. Facilitate operations to prepare RCA , Corrections and Corrective actions for Incidents/escalations through 8D problem solving principle. Review and ensure quality of analysis before closing Incident
  • Leader for Ideation program - Challenge-a-thon. Identify challenges/ideas and shortlisting projects for business. Brought up a review mechanism with the leadership team to bring insights on the escalations, RCA and controls
  • Conduct Value stream mapping with the operations to identify bottlenecks and work on improvement actions to streamline the process & reduce the lead time. Successfully conducted VSM for 3 processes end-to-end in H2R namely, Onboarding process - Day 1 readiness India, Candidate reimbursement - USA, Candidate reimbursement - India
  • Train the operations on various lean tools, Continuous improvement & quality concepts namely, Lean six sigma green belt, Problem solving- Root cause analysis(why-why, ishikawa, Pareto chart etc.) , FMEA, Project methodology (PDCA, Lean 5S, Lean VSM, SSGB), 7 QC tools etc
