Duties Responsibilities

  • Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.
  • Ensures VIPs receive special attention.
  • Spot check rooms to verify the hotels standards are being met.
  • Inspects front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness.
  • Maintain good employee relations, review employee performances and efficiently.
  • Interview, hire, train, transfers and promotion recommendation.

Customer Service
