  • Company Overview: (Tata Project, SBU: Advance Tech Facility, in collaboration with Micron Technology in a groundbreaking venture to do EPC of an India’s first Advanced Semiconductor Assembly and Test plant (OSAT) in Sanand, Gujarat spread over 93 Acre land)
  • Responsible for overall Engineering, Procurement & Construction of ELV & ICT packages (Value ~200 Cr) i.e. FMCS & LSS (SCADA, PLC and I&C), Fire Alarm System, Public Addressing System, Access Control System, CCTV System and Passive Data Network at India’s first SEMICON OSAT facility.
  • Responsible for entire SEMICON plant’s Infra Development assignments ie Design, Procurement , Implementation , Budget Approvals of IT Network, Electronic Security & Surveillance , Fire Alarm Systems.
  • SPOC for the package. Responsible for coordinating with all stake holders (client, consultants, HO team, vendor and the site procurement, execution and commissioning team) and resolve the issues of the package. Final Delivery of the package is the responsibility of the package owner.
  • Engineering co-ordination - Responsible for Coordinating with all consultants & Micron, including HO Design Support and ensure release of IFC drawings.
  • Procurement Co-ordination – Review & issue of technical documentation for RFP and coordinate the TER for vendor finalization.
  • Vendor coordination – Responsible for Coordinating with vendor for requisite submittals, maintain Master document list, co-ordinate approval of vendor drawings with all consultants, HO Design Support & Micron.
  • Conduct Vendor Kick-off meeting. Ask for package execution schedule, including schedule of all submittals and all approvals timelines.
  • Conduct weekly package vendor management meetings. Maintain an open issues tracker for the packages with action items for all stakeholders.
  • Project Scheduling Support – Responsible for Coordinating with vendor/all stake holders and ensure to adhere to schedule at all stages like engineering, execution and commissioning activities and escalate the delays, seek HO support well in advance.
